Live-music venues worth the trip in Salisbury, Maryland

The Wicomico Youth & Civic Center is a 5,600-seat arena in Salisbury, and its own site says it “has hosted it all, from world championship sporting events to international dog shows, Broadway productions and sold-out live concerts.” The county-run building dates to 1959 and was built as a war memorial.

Brew River Seafood House & Dock Bar is a bar and restaurant with three sit-down bars on West Main Street in Salisbury, and its own site says, “Our River Bar has an indoor/outdoor feel and is home to all our concerts.” Its seasonal waterfront Dock Bar adds outdoor festivals.
