Live-music venues worth the trip in Kamuela, Hawaii

Kahilu Theatre is a theater on Lindsey Road in Kamuela, and its own site describes “a 490-seat concert hall” that has presented “jazz bands” and “Hawaiian musicians” among many other acts. Each year it hosts the Ukulele & Slack Key Guitar Festival, which its own site calls the “premier celebration of island music”.
